Called for a broken pull cord on a Stihl blower, was told over the phone that it would be around 30$ for new cord and handle, i bring in the mower (and older model) ive previously used this blower multiple times and it works great.. until my string broke. These guys tried selling me 170$ worth of parts to fix this thing and didnt even open up the plastic cover to see what was going on. What a joke these guys are, a bunch of scam artists. Business would be better if they didnt try and upset everything without even checking the product for whats actually broken inside.

Outstanding experience working with these gentlemen from start to finish. I brought my old Honda lawnmower here for repair and was very pleased. They are honest, they operate with integrity, they do what they say they’re going to do and I can tell they gave it their best. This place was recommended to me by Randy (Grease Monkey Mobile) after my old string trimmer died and was beyond repair. I was originally going to by another gas powered trimmer but started asking questions about the battery powered ones. The man that helped me was VERY knowledgeable and answered each question politely and professionally. His answers helped me learn that the battery powered ones ticked all the boxes for me and showed me the best one to fit my needs. I am VERY pleased with my purchase of my Stihl KMA-80 R. You have just earned a new customer.
